Maths Grinds Wicklow
Wicklow splits in two for practical purposes. The north of the county around Bray and Greystones functions as part of the Dublin commuter belt, while the south and west are genuinely rural and a long way from anywhere.
Get in touchStudents in Bray and Greystones have access to Dublin's grinds schools on the DART, and many use them. The ones who come to us are usually the students for whom a large group class has already been tried and has not worked, which is a useful thing to know going in.
West Wicklow and the area around Baltinglass, Tinahely and Shillelagh is a different situation entirely. Those students are an hour from anything resembling a grinds school and the local options are limited to whoever happens to be nearby. Online is not a compromise there, it is the only way to get a specialist.
The county's schools are generally good and the cohort is small, so results tend to be strong. Students looking for extra help are usually aiming high rather than scrambling.
